This unit provided the opportunity to experience working in small design teams, exploring roles and ways of working, where communication, planning and design activity became a collective responsibility. We were asked to complete three outcomes including designing a book jacket as a potential limited edition cover for Jeffrey Boakye's 'Hold Tight'. We also had to produce an A1 portrait typographic response to specific content from Hold Tight. Finally, we undertook a photographic study of East London, documenting and editing whilst focussing on the subject of grime. We used analogue photography, foil printing with embossing and risograph printing.
